How much do you charge?
Every job is different and therefore they require different time scales/prop sourcing/editing/styling etc. The best way to get a price is to fill out an enquiry form, this way we can decide what works best for your business and we can offer a bespoke quote.
Where are you based?
Although we are a creative commercial agency based in London, we shoot remotely from a studio meaning we accept projects from clients all around the world. Just ship them over in the post & we can get to work! We can also come to your business, a hired location house/studio or elsewhere but please email for more information.
Who provides the props?
We have a huge assortment of props and am more than happy to source new props for specific shoot ideas. If you have props that you would like us to use and include in the a shoot then please send them along with your products in the post!
What do I need to do before the shoot?
We will always discuss a shot list and any themes or ideas you have for imagery - Pinterest mood boards are a massive help for me to understand how you want your final images to look.
What should I send you?
It really helps to send two of each item that you want photographing and any props that you might want to be included.
How do I receive the images?
Once we have finished the styling/shooting/editing process we will upload the content to a private online viewing gallery for you to approve. Once you are happy with the content, they will be sent to you via WeTransfer.
What size will my images be?
We will confirm with you where and how the images will be used to determine which file type and size will be delivered to you.
Who owns the copyright of the images?
The copyright will always remain with us as we are the creators of the work provided to you. We are happy for you to use the images on any social media platforms, websites and for print. We ask kindly that you leave credit to us where possible wherever you share the images. Licensing for sole copyright and use of the images can be bought at an extra fee after discussion.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not offered on our services. We offer amendments on some content but once the work is complete, payment is made before any content is sent out or amended.
